While many travel consultants will promote the number of times they have visited a particular country or resort, very few Americans have experience of actually working legally at any of these resorts. Randy Kraft began his Caribbean career as the watersports director with a chain of Jamaican all-inclusive resorts comparable to the SuperClubs Resorts in the early 1980's. This consulting program now includes a continually expanding number of Caribbean resorts.
